    Lowe’s has provided us with the worst customer service we have ever received. On November 14th, a salesperson from the Cranberry store did a consultation for us for a new fence installation. He made the sale and after that, I had to reach out to him to receive updates on when our fence would be installed. First, we were promised an install date of December 17, 2017. Weather delayed all deliveries by one day so we were reassured our fence would be installed on December 18. We hadn’t yet lived in our new home where fence installation would be, so I had to take off a day of work to make sure I would be here for the installers. I met the installers and after about an hour, they discovered that the salesperson didn’t order the correct posts for us so they would have to reorder the parts. At that point, I was mad because I already took off a day of work so i went to the Cranberry Lowe’s to speak with a manager. The manager told me I would receive a call within an hour to discover when our installation would be. After 3 hours, nobody called so I called again and the salesperson told me “hopefully” our parts would be in by January 5. On January 2, I reached out to the salesperson to discover that the installers wouldn’t be working this week due to cold temps so our installation “should be” January 12, so that’s another day of work that either my husband or myself loses. Not once did anyone from Lowe’s reach out to us first to keep us updated on our order. We called the regional office to ask for the regional manager’s contact information which they were unwilling to give us. The admin there told us she would send an email summary to all parties involved of our complaint, but that never happened nor did she follow up with us at all. This is by far the worst customer service I have EVER experienced and wish we would have used Home Depot or a local small business instead. Home Depot is definitely the way to go. It’s been nearly two months since we paid in full for our fence, but we still don’t have it. Never again.
